The fix is not a better one-off build. It is removing the reason not to change things. That is why every plan includes a change request every month, why unused ones bank up to three, and why there is no build fee. We would rather you stayed than paid us once.

You deal with the studio that built the thing. Not an account manager, not a ticket queue, not a different time zone.
You own your work
If you leave you keep your domain and we hand over your content. There is nothing to extract and nothing to argue about.
